Customized Nutritional Coaching
What is Customized Nutritional Coaching?
Everyone is unique, and there is no such thing as a "one nutrition plan fits all". We educate you on the basics of nutrition and how your body works, then help you work out the exact right way you need to eat to achieve your "quality of life" goals.
What Happens in my Appointment?
We help you establish your health goals, and what you run into (cravings, schedule, etc.) that affect your ability to stay on track and reach those goals. As stated above, we educate you on the basics of nutrition and how your body works. We work with you to establish easy to follow strategies to handle your cravings (e.g., suitable, YUMMY substitutes for your "go to" foods), how to work around your schedule and stay on track nutritionally, ways to get back on track when you stumble, and so on so you can achieve health, vitality, weight loss, and/or whatever it is you want to achieve. We want you to take back control of your health and feel better!
Why Do You Have This Service?
With a zillion diets, cleanses, detoxification programs and so forth out there, there is a lot of confusion on what to eat. Many people want to lose weight and get disappointed when they follow an eating plan and their weight doesn't budge. Or even worse, they gain more weight even though they followed the diet perfectly. Some lose weight only to find they can't easily maintain it, resulting in gaining some or all of the weight back. A lot of people suffer from various digestive challenges (gas, bloating, heartburn, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, etc.) and are looking to improve digestion. These are the reasons why we offer this service.

"I was struggling with symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. I was very fatigued and taking several naps per day but still no energy. I had lots of joint pains and my feet and hands were always on fire! At night I couldn't sleep and was extremely restless. I took ibuprofen for pain, but had to stop because it caused an ulcer. Now...WOW! Now if I take a nap, it's because I can, not because I have to. The pain is minimal, sleeping is MUCH better, and the hands and feet actually get cold again when I am in a cold environment.
